There is not any limit to the usage of cosmetic surgical procedures and there is no limit to the kind of people who undertake plastic or cosmetic surgery. While cosmetic surgery has been improving by leaps and bounds there has been an improvement in the number and kind of people who undertake cosmetic surgery as well. This has only been a boon to the entire industry and it has only fed off of itself. The more innovations and convenience that is offered to the patient or client, the more the secretaries of these clinics are scheduling appointments.

Plastic Surgery has many Takers

It is wrong to think that only models or actors undertake plastic surgery. Nowadays it is very common amongst normal people to undertake a cosmetic surgery to get something fixed in the body. It might be hair transplant, it might be pinning the ears, it might be losing the bags under the eyes, or it might be losing fat specific to certain parts of the body. The options are endless and if there is a need for that fat to be sucked away or eradicated, it seems there is a surgeon to figure out how to get it done.

A Long Line

People, like marines, who want to have the perfect build for all types of reasons; undertake liposuction or weight loss surgeries to fit in. People who are boxing and wrestling champs also undertake liposuction for different reasons and at different points of time. And, finally even doctors who are convinced that a particular technique works well undertake liposuction to lose that excess fat. All these people have several options of getting the fat removed from their bodies. The latest technology involves freezing the fat and hence destroying it.

We live in a fast pace society that provokes a racing mind and the inability to enjoy ourselves while doing things we love. We are worried about all the things we have to do, what happened yesterday, or what may happen in the future. Stress Management is as simple as ABC and sometimes it is as challenging as making a million dollars. Please allow me to explain. Stress is our habitual thoughts of doubt, fear, and worry. Therefore, if we want to manage our stress we must manage our thoughts. Sounds simple doesn’t it? Well, the difficult part is the 20, 30, 40, or more years of habitual thoughts of doubt, fear, and worry. Sometimes changing our habits is as complicated as making a million dollars. It takes hard work and never ending commitment.

One of our most common stressful habits is what we visualize. Did you know that we all visualize? We may visualize how we are not going to be able to pay our bills. We may visualize on what is going to happen if we don’t pay off our debt. We may visualize how our significant other/spouse is going to react if they were to find out what we have done. We may visualize how fat we are and how we will never loose weight. We may visualize our illnesses and how they are going to get worse. We may visualize how horrible our life is going to be if we don’t do something different. We may visualize how unsuccessful our child may be if they do not do certain things or are a certain way. Perhaps we visualize the worst thing that can happen, will happen, in any given situation.

When we visualize the worst that can happen we have a stressful habit that creates fear and sometimes anxiety. This type of visualization is unintentional. Since we visualize anyway, why not make our visualizations intentional? In order to visualize intentionally we must create a list of goals and create a habit of thinking about our goals morning, noon, and night. When we intentionally visualize, seeing ourselves obtain what we want, we create a habit of faith in ourselves and we make decisions based on our faith. And when our faith is strong we can use our faith to create courage to do the things we dream of doing.

We can have the power of fear or we can create the power of faith. Which one do you choose?

I believe we have the ability, tools, and power to control our lives. We can be what we want to be. The only thing that holds us back is our stress and stress is just a thought. So our thoughts/visualizations are holding us back.

There is a wonderful world of power and possibility through intentional visualization. When we learn to work our minds in a productive manner we use our hidden powers.

A thought is an image in our mind and an image is a picture or visualization in our mind. Every person is his own creator of images and visualizations. Unfortunately, most of us do not intentionally take control as the creator because we most often let our thoughts run on autopilot.

In order to take control and be the pilot of our thoughts and images we ought to develop a habit of creating our own thoughts, feelings, and actions through intentional visualization. We have the power to make our thoughts, feelings, and actions positive by intentionally visualizing health, wealth, and success. If we unintentionally visualize poverty and disappointment by habit of doubt, fear, and worry, we will receive failure.

My suggestion is to picture our own miracles and our own heavens on earth. Let us cultivate and nurture a habit of faith in us by picturing health, wealth, and success. Let us change our thinking for the better and develop our mind by thoughts of desire for happiness and success through our intentional visualizations.

All spirituality information leads to the same conclusion. God is not an entity, God is a process. It is like your spiritual growth. Your spiritual growth is a process. It is a never ending process of love.

In the realm of the absolute, where God comes from, God knows all and God is all. There is nothing that is not God. There is no other reference point outside of God, outside of all there is, and God is all there is.

This is a huge concept to grasp. In the world of relativity, which we reside in, we see things from linear perspectives of here and there, of beginnings and ends, of then and now. We see things from the limited perspective of dualities. We see most things from the narrow limited perspective of our own experiences. That is the nature of our gross relationships and our habitual use of our physical senses to define our world for us.

When we allow ourselves to view our lives and the universe from a larger, more detached perspective, we begin to see our existence from our subtle relationships. These relationships are more triad than dyad. Dyads have a beginning and an end. Triads are more circular in nature. One leg of the triad leads to another leg of the triad that circles back to the third leg of the triad in a never-ending source relationship, in alignment with the true nature of the mind-body-spirit triad being that we really are.

The closest concept we can use to grasp this idea of God being the all of everything is the concept of infinity. God is infinity. When you think you have come to the end of what God is, there is more, and there is more beyond that. God never stops. There is no end to God. There is no point beyond which God does not exist. God is the all of everything. This is a huge concept to grasp but it is important that you hold it in your consciousness.

God knows that she is all there is. God knows that there is no other reference point outside of God. God is clear on the fact that if she aspired to create a relationship world that would allow her to experience all that she knows conceptually, that she would not be able to create that world outside of herself. There is no “outside of her” because there is no end to God. God is a never-ending process.

God is all there is. So God analyzed the situation and concluded that since God was the only reference point that existed, then God would have to create this world of relativity within.

This is something that we should take to heart and use in our own creation of how we desire our life to be. Just like God we should use the reference point within. This going within ourselves for the answers to Life’s questions is what all of the great spiritual masters have done and it seems to have served them well. Keep this in mind as we continue our journey towards clarity and awareness. Go within yourself for the answers.

Since God is the all of everything, God reasoned that if she desired to create a universe of relativity, she would have to divide the all of everything into pieces or portions of the everything. Each of these portions of the whole would, by definition, be made up of the same essence as the whole. God couldn’t create something different that was not God because all of everything is God.

So every single piece of the stuff that makes up the universe, the seen and the unseen, came from the same source. The source that we call God.

Do you see how this makes it harder to visualize God as just a single human looking entity? A human-like entity has a front and a back. An inside and an outside. There can be things outside of a human-like entity. There is no thing outside of God. God is all encompassing. God is omnipresent.

So when you think about God, it is really not very accurate and very misleading to think of God as a person with a white robe and a luxurious mane of white hair with accompanying white flowing beard. As humans we can bring up this image instantly because we want to personalize God and make God more in our image and likeness.

The truth, of course, is that we were created in God’s image and likeness. This doesn’t mean that we all physically look like God, although technically this is true because God is all things. Rather, what we mean is that we all have the same essence as God. We are all made up of the same infinite intelligence that God is. We all possess the universal energy that God is. We are a piece of God just as everything that exists is a piece of God.

So it is more accurate to think of God as a process, much like Life, because the process we call Life is really the essence of God in action. We can see God and we can see our own life with much more clarity when we view Life as a never-ending process of love.

Good Day,

Do you think about what it means to be spiritual on a regular basis? At times I think we are all guilty of being so busy that we forget to just take the time to stop what we’re doing, and connect with our spiritual being. Whatever you call it, we’re all born with a connection to the world around us, indeed the universe around us, and if we get too far from that connection things tend to get a little “frayed” at the edges. Am I right?

So what do you do to become more connected to the spiritual power and energy around you? Some go outside to be with Mother Nature, just feeling the grass under your feet or the sand between your toes and fresh air is enough to make you feel more connected. For some it involves meditation of some kind, which is a great way to calm the mind and center yourself again. This will undoubtedly help you become more connected to the spirit around you. Soothing music is also a great way to calm the mind and get you to slow down your thoughts, really any method that causes us to stop the hamster wheel of our lives for a short time is beneficial I believe. Everyone is different and has had different experiences in life so will be affected more or less by the same methods I use, so find out what works for you and just try it.

I don’t know what your religious beliefs are but that isn’t important. No matter what religion you follow, you can always take more time to become a more spiritual person, which is not directly related to religious beliefs. Many of us are taught to pray in our religion, which is really another form of meditation - only usually with a thought-process that is asking the powers of what ever God you believe in for something in return. Do you pray that the little girl down the street is healed of her sickness? Or that someone you know who is addicted to some drug finds a way to become healed? These are ways that praying can focus our minds on good things for others, which is another way of giving us some purpose in life. If we spend our lives not lifting a finger or ever praying to help others, are we not guilty of being indifferent? Not to be judgmental, just a thought.

But I don’t want to get off track here (too late!) so I will try to focus on my real message, which is to take time to find your way of connecting to your spiritual side on a regular basis. Make it a habit, but not something that you “must” do, because then your mind will see it as a task and that is bad. See your spiritual connection habit as something you look forward to, something you try to make some time for either every day or at least every other day. This way you can begin to find peace in your life, and a real balance, which is good for the soul and gives us a measure of happiness that other things cannot. I personally recommend reading some of the Dalai Lama’s books which I find very enlightening, although I would not rule out other spiritual books as there are many available. Just don’t forget this very important aspect of happiness.

To your continued success and happiness
